All Tried + True sales are final. Due to the nature of our home, body, and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@yourtriedandtrue.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before discarding the product or packaging.

Tried + True reserves the right to issue a replacement or refund when appropriate for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
