All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Tried + True reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@yourtriedandtrue.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun.

All sales are final and purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

SECTION 5 - SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain Tried + True products may be available through recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the frequency selected at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions may be canceled before the next scheduled order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may manage their subscription through the subscription management options provided with their account, when available, or by contacting us at hello@yourtriedandtrue.com.

There is no cancellation fee for ending a Tried + True subscription.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect customer-provided shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the items you received, contact us at hello@yourtriedandtrue.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
