We aim to make shipping simple, affordable, and transparent.

U.S. Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping across the contiguous United States based on your location:

  • West Coast (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, ID, UT) — $4.99

  • Mid/Central US (AL, AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY) — $7.99

  • East Coast (CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV) — $9.99

Orders of $79 or more ship free within the contiguous United States.

If shipping costs exceed the flat rate, we absorb the additional cost. You’ll never be charged more than the flat rate shown at checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional postage due to carrier rates and distance.

If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before shipping your order to confirm your options.

Packaging

To reduce waste and keep costs down, we use recycled boxes and packing materials whenever possible. This helps us ship responsibly while protecting your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tried + True is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
